Are you passionate about finding top talent and shaping the future of a fast-growing, innovative tech company? As the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the ground in India, you'll be a key part of Serko’s Global People, Performance, and Culture team.
In this exciting NEW role, you’ll partner with leaders across our new India Hub, based in Bengaluru, to drive the end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on attracting exceptional technology talent. You'll play a pivotal role in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and supporting Serko’s mission to redefine the world of business travel.

What you'll be doing
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
- Provide insights on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices
Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for our India Hub - we have big growth plans!
- Source talent using diverse tools and platforms to attract top candidates
- Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with Serko’s Guiding Principles
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
- Promote Serko’s employer brand through compelling narratives
Talent Pipeline & Diversity Initiatives:
- Build strong talent pipelines via networking, events, and proactive sourcing
- Support diversity-focused recruitment campaigns and initiatives
- Use talent mapping to anticipate future hiring needs and ensure diverse pipelines
- Own campus recruiting for India
Insights & Reporting:
- Work with the Head of TA to analyse recruitment metrics to help drive improvements and hiring decisions
- Work with the Head of TA to monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on global and local recruitment regulations and best practices, specifically in India.
What you'll bring
- Managed end-to-end tech recruitment in a global product technology company, specialising in hiring for Software Engineering and Product roles
- Experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, partnering with senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with business growth goals
- Skilled in building employer brand awareness through EVPs, social media, recruitment events, and university partnerships to enhance talent pipelines
- Strong relationship management, collaborating effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with competing priorities while delivering quality results
- Excellent communication skills, creating engaging candidate communications and impactful recruitment content
- Expertise in sourcing talent via LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other platforms to attract active and passive candidates
- Adept at working across time zones, geographies, and cultures in diverse environments
- Proficient with ATS, HRIS, global job boards, and social media tools for recruitment and employer branding
- Previous experience in running tech campus hiring programmes in India.
